Swami Vivekananda Yoga & Meditation School was established on 12 January, 2009 with the aim of spreading yogic and ancient meditation knowledge worldwide through the short term course or intensive courses. Yoga - meditation course can be started choosing the 3 days, 5 days, 7 days and 15 days that will deepen you into the infinite sea of traditional Indian style of yoga. We also run Yoga beginners course and 200 hours (28 days) yoga teacher training course in Rishikesh, India. The courses and classes are based on traditional Indian style hatha yoga mixed with meditation techniques which we got inspired by the divine life of Swami Vivekananda. Our school is located in Rishikesh which is known as "the world capital of yoga" from where many great Indian sages practiced yoga and meditation.
