Julis-Alexia Marie Florentia Renate van Riessfeld (ユリス＝アレクシア・フォン・リースフェルト) is the main female protagonist of Gakusen Toshi Asterisk. Julis's main objective behind entering Seidokan Academy is to obtain money for an orphanage in Lieseltania. Julis is a princess, clearly shown throughout the series. Elegant, proud, and beautiful, she is also hot headed, stubborn, and can be cold to those she is unfamiliar with. Initially, she treats Ayato and his friends with (mostly) disdain, but eventually warms up to them and even calls them by first name. Julis has a fear of disappointment and rejection, and will do whatever it takes to keep her friends safe. She dislikes relying on others.
