Icetratt Foundation for Social Investments (abbreviated as IFSI and shortened to simply Icetratt) is a multinational diversified impact investing organization, holding company and private equity firm with investment strategies in both direct investment and fund of funds programs spanning leveraged buyouts, venture capital, growth capital (growth equity), distressed investments and mezzanine capital (mezzanine debt). The company provides funding, support, and mentorship to companies, corporations, organizations and individuals pursuing social objectives with high-growth business models and high ESG standards. In addition to fund management, Icetratt, through its subsidiaries, also provides discretionary as well as non-discretionary investment advisory services primarily to large institutional investors.
