'High Politics from Below: What Russia looks like from the margins and what this means for its international relations'
The lecture makes the case for including the study of transnational migration in foreign policy analysis. Drawing from the study of Russia's foreign policy conduct with its neighboring republics the lecture shows how a traditionally 'low politics' issue impacts on 'high politics', and examines what this means for the way we think about international relations.
