Since the band's inception, they have received great acclaim for their 'Slaughtered Remnants' demo, and the infamous Dysentery/Gutrot split 'Excruciatingly Euphoric Torment'. As with many bands over the years, Dysentery weathered lineup changes and the ravages of time but pressed on in their dedication to forge new levels of brutality, heaviness and groove. Discontent to be another 'a-symmetrical' slam band, Dysentery has set out to push forward beyond the conventional formula which seems to flood the genre these days. Composed of members of the original Dysentery, Parasitic Extirpation, Sexcrement and Proteus, the band has just unleashed their long awaited full length 'From Past Suffering Comes New Flesh' on Amputated Vein Records.
