"'Big-4' Firms and the Development of Real Estate Markets in Russia - A Guess to Where It Is Leading." Gerald Gaige Partner, Ernst & Young Gerald Gaige will summarize the development of the commercial real estate market in Russia over the 14 years he has been here, beginning as an advisor to the Russian government on the creation of land ownership rights when Communism expired in the country, and extending to the implementation of Russian legislation as it relates to property value. From this base, he will discuss with the audience the future of the Russian real estate market and the factors that will likely drive it. Gerald will also describe the operations of international audit and business advisory firms in Russia, using his experience as a partner in one of the global firms known as the "Big 4" (Ernst & Young, Price WaterhouseCoopers, KPMG and Deloitte & Touche)
