Now we are about to execute international projects covering Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Croatia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Poland, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ukraine and Uzbekistan. Mystery Shoppers do undercover testing in our clients’ business units. They appear as an average client and evaluate service through imitating a pre-specified situation. They record their experiences by filling a questionnaire. Payment is project based and is calculated taking into consideration the working hours required from shoppers. It is between EUR 12-16.
