The Notorious B.I.G

There is no doubt that Notorious B.I.G. will forever be remembered as one of hip hop's finest M.C.’s and smoothest lyricists. The bedrock of the Bad Boy Records foundation, he is often credited with bringing the hip hop limelight back to the East Coast. His tragic death in 1997 has left a void in the game that will never be filled and has influenced just about every rapper out now. His posthumous CD, Life After Death, debuted at the top of the album charts and was certified DIAMOND in 2000 by the RIAA. He may be gone but his legacy lives on in songs like "Big Poppa," "Juicy," Hypnotize,” and many more.
