Christmas parties in Finland on 28th November and in the middle of December

A trip for English Communication Club’s members to Helsinki, Finland – 28th - 29th November, 2008 Here I’m representing you the preliminary programme of our forth trip to Helsinki on 28th-29th November. During the tour we do not only visit a foreign country, get acquainted with it and different places of interest there, BUT also SPEAK ENGLISH ALL THE TIME and meet people from LOCAL ENGLISH SPEAKING CLUBS and SOCIETIES, and that gives us a possibility of self-growth and development while practicing English. The first 3 trips were very successful (you can read the reports and see the pictures on http://www.encc.ru and in http://vkontakte.ru/club786158) The next trip will take place on 28th – 29th November. We are going to the first CHRISTMAS PARTY in the long row of this kind of parties we are going to visit :o) Our friends at IESAF (the International English Speakers' Association of Finland) are organizing a quiz and party at Molly Malone's on 28th November. THE BIG IESAF XMAS QUIZ & PARTY HOSTED BY SANTA Flights to Ireland to be won, a night's stay for 2 in any Sokos Hotel, 140? of Molly's money, Behnford's prizes, 50? of IKEA gift cards, 4 DVD players and prizes MEB will also be added soon. This is an invite for everyone who want to have a great night out. There will be a buffet, raffle, live music from The Rascals and a DJ. To be held on Friday 28th November 2008 from 1800, upstairs in Molly Malone's Kaisaniemenkatu 1 C, Helsinki Participation fee in the quiz is included in the price of the trip. Any other costs are up to you, i.e. drinks, participating in the raffle, etc. So my suggestion is to make the trip as the following: We leave St. Petersburg at 9 a.m. on 28th November, drive directly to Helsinki. At about 2 p.m.- 3 p.m. we should be there. Then we check in at the hotel and have some rest. By 6 p.m. we go to Molly Malone's and the party starts. :o)) Then we have an overnight at the hotel On 29th November you have free time to walk around Helsinki and to do some shopping etc. At 4 p.m. we leave for St. Petersburg and will come to Russia about 10-11 p.m. in the evening. To make the trip real we need a group of 6 people. The preliminary price for group of 6 is 125 Euros per person. We are going to 2 CHRISTMAS PARTIES :o) Our friends at Finnish British Society are organizing a party at their office on 12th December. And on 13th December there is a Christmas party at FinnBritPlayers where we are also invited. So my suggestion is to make the trip as the following: We leave St. Petersburg at 9 a.m. on 12th December, drive directly to Helsinki. At about 2 p.m.- 3 p.m. we should be there. Then we check in at the hotel and have some rest. Then we go directly to FinnBrits to join them for the party. Then we have an overnight at the hotel On 13th December afternoon you have free time to walk around Helsinki and to do some shopping etc. (there are big sales in Helsinki at this time :o)) At 6 p.m. we go the party of FinnBritPlayers and after it leave for St. Petersburg
