Brawn GP

The winter months left us in no doubt as to the level of support for our team's ambitions. I am delighted that we have been able to start repaying this enthusiasm with a strong showing in the two tests we have conducted in Barcelona and Jerez, following on from a reliable shakedown at Silverstone. Jenson and Rubens have now both successfully completed full race distances in addition to simulated qualifying runs. The BGP 001 car has shown encouraging pace and relatively few of the teething problems usually experienced in early season testing.
