Mr. John Milne used to be the first BP Statoil Alliance country manager in Kazakhstan, he lived in Almaty for almsot 5 years from 1992-1997. He used to cooperate with KIMEP and was a member of KIMEP board. He now works full time for Statoil in Moscow office as Business Development Manager for Russia and also covers Caspian region. He holds PhD in geology.
