FLEX alumni meeting and FLEX TESTINGS!

Dear FLEX alumi!!! It is a high time to hold presentations about our program at schools(HEY! you canalso earn some money!) as testings start Oct 4!!!! Before you read all the info, I want YOU to KNOW that: 1) For those who are intersted in spreading the word about FLEX program and want to work as a team during FLEX testings AND not only!!! OCT 3, at 6 P.M. by THE MAIN ENTRANCE to Koltso (we'll go to some cafe) We meet with Bradley Gorski and Nelli Khachaturyan (recriting team) (Oct 4,5,6 -School #39) to discuss the agenda for testing days, to find out about FLEX alumni opportunities and about our projects! With FLEX coming to Kazan in a little more than a week, we need your help to spread the word! I'm attaching the materials you'll need: 1) FLEX recruiting presentation survey - fill out one copy of this form for every school where you physically make a presentation. Bring the filled out forms to our meeting in Kazan on 3 October, so that we can pay you for your work (75 rubles for every Kazan school and 150 rubles for any schools outside of Kazan!!!!). 2) Kazan Flyer - this has all the information you need to make accurate presentations and to answer all the students' questions. If you can, it would be great to hang a copy of this up on the schools' announcement board, too. If you want to, you can also fax this flyer to different schools - as your super upper volga alumni assistant Yuliana suggested!! Get out there and make those presentations!! We want to see as many shining faces at first round testing as possible. As you know: everyone should get the opportunity to study in the United States for free:))))) Good luck!
