DJ JOSE GONZALEZ aka GROOVE PRISONER / Spain/ & DJ Lama / Ukraine / Malibu / 13/09/2008 JOSE GONZALEZ aka GROOVE PRISONER DJ/PRODUCER/REMIXER José González aka Groove Prisoner was born in La Habana, Cuba.In the year 1997 he moved to Madrid, Spain and started a new career as a DJ, Musical Producer and Remixer In the beginning , he was dj-ing in many pubs and clubs of Madrid and also all over Spain and other countries like Sweeden, Portugal, Brazil and USA, playing his favourite style "House Music" and sometimes participating in several “turntablism” exhibitions, performing techniques like ‘scratchin’, ‘beat-jugling, transformin’, crabb, flare, etc. He has worked as an invited DJ in clubs like KABILA, PLATO, BISU, LA RIVIERA, playing all kind of House, Techouse, Deep-House and Proguessive House, you can always find a great variety of mixing techniques and scratches on his sets, merging the above mentioned techniques. José González aka Groove Prisoner is actually involved in House Music scene. Looking at his professional track record and the audience..s warm welcome is not very difficult to foresee a very promising future. Recent jobs have been edited through a few major national record labels like Synergy Recordings, Caresse Records, Origami Records, Shinshy Records, South Club Records and many more. He has done remixes for artists like Alex Guerero, David Medina, Abel & Raul, Joseph Indelicato, Oscar L, Javier Gonzalez, Pablo Kopanos and Adri Ab Garcia, Nacho Chapado, Dj Ax & Dj Keish. His productions can be downloaded in top downloads music digital stores like: Beatport (www.beatport.com), Trackingspain ( www.trackingspain.com ), JUNO (www.junodownload.co.uk ) and many more.
