Virgin Mobile Festival, the largest music and art event on the East Coast, will return for the third year to Pimlico Race Course in Baltimore on Aug. 9 and 10, 2008. Pimlico, home of The Preakness Stakes, middle jewel of Thoroughbred horse racing's Triple Crown, is situated on 140 acres less than an hour from Washington, D.C., 2 hours from Philadelphia, and 3 hours from New York City.
