HOW TO ARRIVE: Hitchhikers are welcome to arrive to the gathering place from Friday (June 20) afternoon. Gathering will take place until Tuesday (June 24). The place of gathering will be possible to reach by hitchhiking, bicycle, foot, car or by bus Vilnius – Salcininkai. The detailed map, instructions how to arrive, will be given by email to registered people some days before the event. REGISTRATION: http://www.autostop.lt/saskrydis/registration2008.php WHAT TO BRING: A tent, sleeping bag, matress, swimming and sauna stuff, mosquito repellents. Music instruments, stories and photos from your trips. Better bring the food and drinks for all gathering days on arrival, because it is about 3 kilometers to the nearest shop. WHO IS WELCOME: We welcome all hitchhikers from all over the world. Gathering is a good opportunity to meet your friends or to get know with other hitchhikers. OTHER INFORMATION: The camping area where the gathering will take place is inside the loop of Merkys river. There are a lot of space to put up tents, play field games and make bonfires. Around the gathering place there are forest where we ll' organize a hiking trip. If it will be rainy we ll' move to the house, which is about 200 meters from the gathering place. Tentavive programme: 20-06-2008 (Friday) Early bird arrival from 5 PM. Chill out evening. Preparation work. Saturday: Swimming by unique boat (Merkys river) Trip presentations (South-East Asia etc.) Sauna party Sunday: Educational trip (Salcininkai region) Monday: Hiking trip in the forest.
