International Cultural Exchange (ICE) ICE is an international border-crossing community for open-minded intellectuals from all over the world. Our ultimate purpose is to reduce stereotypes and improve specifically the cultural gap between Russia and Europa. We organize events to several topics which are primarily meant to create an opportunity to meet, talk, exchange experiences and have fun together. ICE's mission statement "ICE Breakers is an exclusive companionship for open-minded intellectuals who are focused on exchanging knowledge, mindsets, ideas and experiences with other high potentials on a supranational level, thereby accelerating the path to a knowledge-based society" The International Cultural Exchange Community stands for a free intercultural exchange under the ceiling of humanity, freedom and peace. Our members create communication without language barriers and personify intercultural understanding in a globalized world.
