Support Gore Melian and his song "I Wanna Thank You" in the Cyprus National Finals for Eurovision 09

The Cyprus National Finals will take place on 7th February 2009 at 21:15 and will be braodcasted on RIK1. The winner will be chosen by 100% televoting. The song "I Wanna Thank You" has been composed by Gore Melian and will be performed by himself. This song is an emotional RnB. Emotional because it was written to let out feelings and thoughts which existed in the past. It is a reflection of a broken heart and shattered love. BIOGRAPHY: Gore Melian was born on 26th of April, 1987 in Yerevan – Armenia. He grew up in a musical family and since the age of three he has been singing and performing on stages. In 1993 he started violin lessons in the music school of Dunayevsky in Moscow and also became the soloist in the school’s choir. In 1997 he won the 1st Prize in the Pan Cyprian Song Competition “Kataklysmos”. Furthermore, again in 2000 he won the 2nd prize in the same competition. In 2000 he participated in the Programme “Afeteries” and was the youngest singer to enter the finals. In 2007 Gore was chosen from 7000 and entered the semi-finals of 150 participants of the International Singing Competition of Young Singers “New Wave”, representing Cyprus. Together with singing Gore is also composing music and writing the lyrics for his songs. Other than the competitions and performances mentioned above, Gore Melian has performed in many concerts and charity events all over Cyprus and abroad. Furthermore, he has been invited to perform at different TV programs of popular TV channels of Cyprus.
