Stefan Dierks's CV • Stefan Dierks leads the operations of KPMG deal strategy services and the M&A solution group in Moscow • After three years of operational restructuring experience Stefan started his career with KPMG‘s Advisory service in 1998. Since 2001 Stefan has focused on strategy and market-related questions in the field of Mergers & Acquisitions. Stefan has gained significant international experience working on a number of large, cross-border transactions, and has been seconded to KPMG’s International Headquarters in Amsterdam, as well as to our office in London • Stefan has a particular focus on internal and external growth strategies as well as in regional market expansions. Furthermore, he has gained significant experience in industry consolidations.
