Fallen Paradise

Fallen Paradise is a Melodic Doom/Death Metal band founded in late 2010 in Porto, Portugal, fronted by vocalist and guitarist Rui Meireles, counting with some major feats since it’s inception, which also helped establish it’s prominence and identity as one of the most promising acts in it’s genre in Portugal. It’s sound has similarities with bands like Black Sun Aeon, Dawn Of Solace, Ahab, Paradise Lost, Heavenwood, Ava Inferi, Novembers Doom, Draconian, Saturnus, Draconian, Esoteric etc.. The full combination of it’s influences creates somewhat of a unique character to the music, with lots of atmosphere, with powerful riffs, melodic, depressive leads, slow-tempo drum grooves and versatile growling vocals, along with some clean vocal leads.
