Although Patchwork is a very old technique in the carpet industry, it has recently become a popular type of carpet. Patchwork Carpets, which have a production process that protects the environment more thanks to recycling, are produced with scarce welding thanks to this feature and this makes them a very valuable position. Production stage, the old techniques in the past, while preserving the more technologically produced Patchwork Carpets, reflects the past manages to carry today. In this new generation production stage, which can be produced in different designs and colors as a result of re-processing of wool carpets, there is also the possibility of reflecting one's own inner world on the carpet. The production technique, which ensures a long service life of Patchwork Carpets, which have a wide range of products on special order, is provided by a secret method in the production stage of our factory. First of all, unused or edge-edged wool carpets collected around the country are collected by paying the value of the carpet to its owner. Wool carpets brought to our factory are checked individually and then grouped according to their pattern. In the next stage, the washing section is passed and all the dusts in the carpet are whipped. It is then left to dry after being washed carefully in the washing section. Then, whatever type of production is going to be transferred to that section. After the carpets to be produced as patchwork are dried, they are cut on the looms with the help of predetermined geometric molds. Carpet pieces with different designs and colors are sewn one by one and combined according to the desired size. On the other hand, the carpet that reaches the ordered size is combined with a special adhesive on the back of a special machine and kept together (this is the secret stage that ensures long life). Then, the hairs remaining on the planting stage are cleaned and the quality control stage is started. Both hand stitches and fringe and edge control of our Patchwork Carpets are then sent to the labeling and packaging stage. After the label is affixed, our carpets are ready for shipment. Another type of carpet that we call vintage is a tremendous type of carpet which is the result of the painting of old wool carpets which can be called as reviving old wool carpets. Old wool carpets are treated in the same way as Patchwork carpets until the washing. After the drying stage, our large pool is immersed in a mixture of paint and water which we use as a special painting technique. After waiting here for a while to dry our Vintage carpets, the old lives like new. After the drying phase, quality control and labeling phase is started. Our vintage carpets, which have dye, fringe and edge control on the counter, then go to the labeling and packaging stage and prepare for shipment.
