Dear Toastcrackers and Guests, I would like to cheer you up on this sunny day reminding that on the 31st of October Ukrainian Toastmasters will ware nice evening gowns and get together to spend time in the warm atmosphere of friends at the AUTUMN BALL. This a traditional event for Toastmasters in Ukraine and I have confidence that this year we will be able not only to continue on this wonderful tradition but make this evening special and unforgettable for all of us. Our premises: House of Scientist, White Hall, 45 A Volodymyrska Street, Kyiv. Time: 6-9 P.M. Tickets: ask me for a ticket or buy it on The Ball. Tickets cost 50 grivnas. The agenda for the evening consists of the following exciting parts: 6 – 7 P.M. Toastmasters meeting (traditionally Entertaining speech contest) 7 – 8 P.M. Lottery, refreshments, games. 8-9 P.M. Dances (including dancing master-class - ball dances, valse) Be prepared for some surprises as well J After 9 P.M. – to be continued… I would be happy to get feedback from you and receive some ideas on decorations, lottery, many, games, refreshments menu and ….and not only from the clubs responsible J Cheer up!
