Main responsibilities: - Letter exchange with international partners - Communicating by phone with international partners - Preparing and controlling of accompanying import documents - Searching for new international partners and products through different sources (mainly internet) - Russian/English translating of correspondence, contracts - Controlling of original correspondence exchange batwing offices (supervision of couriers) - Systematization of correspondence - Assisting a marketing director in developing of a new products, labels, organization of marketing activities Psychological characteristics: - Bright, and systematic mental structure - Diligence - Active life position - Responsibility Education: Senior ICU student (3rd or 4th course) or graduated. Language knowledge: Fluent English, Russian and Ukrainian, other languages are desirable Computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Skype, Internet.
