Formed in February 1996 by Rob Cullin (Vocals & Lyrics) and Chris Benetos (Bass & Vocals), Everybody Gets Hurt recorded and released their self-titled demo in 1997, as well as three split 7" releases, the first one with Billy Club Sandwich that same year. The second 7" was released in 1999 with Strong Intention and the third in 2000 with Cold Front. EGH also featured on various compilations over the years: Rise Up, Bad Dudes, The Spirit Lives On "Raybeez Tribute", Hardcore 2000, Nine Eleven and in 2005 The Brotherhood Split with Settle the Score and TJ Maxx. EGH recorded and released their first full length CD in 2001, self-produced and self-distributed "The Dark Seeds of Man". It's has been a long hard road since then losing tons of members along the way and touring the world. In 2002 Tom Murphy (Drums) joined the band hitting the drums like a maniac and in 2005 Greg Heyward (Guitar) joined EGH again and battled forward with us. We are always doing our own thing and making our own path in life. Now another chapter is about to take place as Everybody Gets Hurt releases their second full length CD "It is what it is...."(Born to lose, live to win).
