We are not here to follow any recent musical trend or attempting to gain quick fame and fortune. Instead, our goal is to create and play our own kind of uncompromising, passionate and emotional hardcore/punk rock music filled with youthful energy. Polemarch was formed in early 2008. As a band we are relatively young, but every member has a long history in music, playing different types of genres such as skate punk, metal and indie rock. In november 2008, we released our first EP, "La Fiesta De Disfraces" ("Costume Party"). It was recorded with Veli-Matti Saloniemi (Rites Of the Youth, Myne, Getawaycab etc.) in Turku. Our newest effort is a 3 song EP called "A Static Future" which we recorded with Andy "Antti" Loponen in April 2009. We have pressed it only 50 pieces, so if you want one, be quick! When they're gone , they're gone forever.
