Presentation & Celebration

Dear Friends, Here comes another event, but this time it is something different. One of our friends Dana Aidaraliyeva along with her UAL design team are going to present their project of seven months. They took part in Young Design Programme and JoinedUpDesign For Academies 2008-2009 (http://www.thesorrellfoundation.com/index2.html). The focus of this project is how to improve quality of life in schools through good design. All student design teams will join at Tate Britain to celebrate the end of this project by holding a presentation on 27th of June 2009. Dana’s work also will be displayed as a part of London Design Week in September 2009 and will be shown in permanent exhibition space in Somerset House (http://www.somersethouse.org.uk/learning/27.asp). You are more than welcome to come and support Dana during her presentation. Also, it is a great opportunity to meet people from art and design industry, see student design work exhibition and enjoy creative performances by pupils and students. Free drinks and snacks will be served at the end of the presentation. The event will take place between 2.00pm and 4.00pm, with refreshments from 4.00-4.30pm. ******************************************************************************************** Each member of design teams is allowed to bring a limited number of guests.
