As the main organisers of the Europe Day celebrations in Ukraine the European Commission is also very grateful to all of you for your committment and enthusiasm! And that's why on behalf of the European Commission Delegation to Ukraine I would like to invite you to the 'Thank You' Party for all volunteers of the Europe Days 2009. WHAT: 'Thank You' Party for all volunteers of the Europe Days 2009. WHEN: Friday, June 19, 2009, from 17:00 until approximately 19:00. WHERE: The office of the European Commission Delegation to Ukraine. Kyiv, Vul. Kruhlounivesytetska 10 (behind Bessarabka market). No special dress code is required, I believe you all know how to dress smart. :) Travel costs for volunteers from other cities can not be reimbursed, unfortunately. But we still would be very happy to see you at the party! At the party you will be officially thanked by the European Commission and each one of you will receive a Thank-You letter/certificate of participation. There will also be tasty snacks and drinks as well as lots of socialising! :) Now you need to: send me an e-mail where you will write the correct spelling of your name in English and your confirmation of participation. For example: Anastasiia Ianovytska YES, I will be present at the 'thank you' party. OR Anastasiia Ianovytska NO, I will not attend the party, but I would like to receive my certificate. Please, keep your e-mails short (like at the example). We will arrange this later. Deadline to confirm your participation at the party is 23:00 Monday, June 15, 2009!
