BLK Tape, formed in Kiruna, the very north of Sweden in 2006. The spawn of a mining industry, the darkness of the polar night and the light of the midnight sun.
With a deep, authoritarian, yet emotional voice, the singer Ludvig carries the tunes of BLK Tape. Music with influences from Depeche Mode, Pink Floyd, The National and Editors.
Songs about longing, exclusion and about making a stand towards a growing, global, mental industry of man being a machine. Both mentally and emotionally. Songs about asking your self questions without fearing the answers, or letting anybody else answer for you.
