Blicq is an electronic downtempo band that has existed since the year of 2003. Blicq consists of Anders Ekman and Ylva, two old friends from a small town in Sweden. As we both headed for Stockholm, the musical cords connected somewhere on the way and so the Blicq project took form. We write, perform and produce all material together during soft sessions in the suburbs of Stockholm, inspired by everything that is happening within and around us. We have not yet performed live or produced a fullength album, but we are currently working on new material and are aiming for a collection of tunes to gather in one album.
